The game begins when your Uncle Murray, the owner of an antique shop in Ocean City, calls for your help. But when you arrive, Uncle Murray is missing. Your search for him leads you to a collection of strange artifacts and even stranger happenings. You soon find yourself embroiled in shadowy plots and facing eldritch tentacles that threaten to bring about the end of the world.

The game invites you to explore its open world, filled with danger, quests, puzzles, and stick figures. This single-player comedy adventure/RPG is set in the prohibition era of the Loathing universe, offering a unique blend of humor and horror. You can choose to play as the athletic Pig Skinner, the cunning Cheese Wizard, or the enigmatic Jazz Agent. Each character offers a unique gameplay experience, allowing you to approach the game’s challenges in different ways.
